Our Policy

As a wholesale jewellery manufacturer, returns and exchanges are handled on a case-by-case basis through direct discussion.

Defective or Purity Issues

Any defective pieces or purity discrepancies must be reported within 7 days of receipt. We will inspect and resolve promptly.

Exchange

Exchange against equal-value purchase may be considered at our discretion. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

No Cash Refunds

As per standard gold jewellery wholesale trade practice, cash refunds are not offered. Exchange or credit against future orders only.
